• Vendor applications: business and contact names, address, phone number, optional email address, product descriptions, suggested pricing, website, delivery availability, product policies, existing retail locations, and uploaded product photos.
• Communications: information you include when emailing us or following up on an application.
• Technical information: hosting, form-processing, and security providers may process information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and security logs when providing their services.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details, bank account information, or other sensitive information through these forms. Only upload photos you have permission to share.

How information is used

Information submitted through this website is used to review employment and vendor applications, contact applicants, evaluate potential products and business relationships, respond to requests, operate and secure the website, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Form processing and information sharing

Our employment and vendor forms use FormSubmit. When you submit a form, your entries and any attachments are sent to FormSubmit for processing and delivery to our email inbox. Information may be available to Tobbins personnel who review applications and to service providers supporting hosting, email delivery and storage, form processing, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to respond to lawful requests, address fraud, or protect rights and safety.

Cookies and online tracking

The website’s own code does not set advertising cookies or include advertising pixels or third-party analytics tags. Hosting and security services, and services you visit when submitting a form or following an external link, may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

This website does not perform cross-site advertising tracking and does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Its current forms and site code do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; some third-party features may be affected.

Online ordering and external links

Links to DoorDash, Gong cha ordering through Appfront, Google Maps, and Instagram take you to separate services. Information you provide there, including order, account, location, and payment details, is handled according to those services’ policies. Payment details are not collected by the forms on tobbins.com.

How long information is kept

FormSubmit states that it retains submission records for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files in that archive. This does not delete copies delivered to our email inbox. Our copies may be retained for application review, business follow-up, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations; retention depends on the type of record and its purpose.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit a form. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, email tobbinsmarket@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Tell us the type of application and approximate submission date so we can locate it. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate recordkeeping reasons.

Depending on applicable law, California residents may have additional rights to know about, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain sales or sharing.
